We also offer standard new lift packages to meet specific briefs and budgets. With highly trained engineers at the heart of our operation, safety is our number one priority. We work in close collaboration with structural engineers and building services designers to safely integrate lifting requirements.
Design Services
Our specialist in-house team design value engineered solutions to meet customer’s bespoke requirements. From conceptual ideas right through to final approved drawings, we can design full or part lifts to suit refurbishment and modernisation programmes.
Customers can be certain that our designers do not use closed protocol equipment that will limit your future options for maintenance. We only use open protocol, and this leaves our customers free to decide who will service their lifts, as well as being able to obtain replacement parts at competitive prices.
Manufacturing Expertise
We remain one of only a few UK operators able to design and manufacture our own new lifts here in the UK for a wide range of uses. Lift & Engineering Services Ltd also have the capabilities to modernise and refurbished full or part lifts to exacting specifications and upgrade existing installations to current regulatory requirements.
Many of the lifts we install are produced at our West Midlands headquarters in a 25,000sqft manufacturing facility based in Cradley Heath. Just a short distance from the UK’s motorway hub in the Midlands, our workshop is fitted out with a comprehensive range of advanced equipment where our highly skilled technicians manufacture quality products.
